Christopher J. Marshall is employed by the Zoology Department of Oregon State University as the Curator and Collections Manager for the Oregon State Arthropod Collection (http://osac.science.oregonstate.edu). Most of his time is spent overseeing the 2.7 million specimens that make up their entomological research collection. However, he also teaches the Introductory Entomology course and continues research on the systematics of Scarabaeoidea. The Visionary Digital Imaging System is being used to provide online access to the holdings of the museum and to provide quality images for entomological research and instruction at OSU. Dr. Marshall helps to coordinate the Entomological Collections Network (http://www.ecnweb.org) and is an active participant in ScarabNet (www.scarabnet.org) and the CollectionsWeb network (www.collectionsweb.org).
