Visionary Digital™ Light Guides

Focusable Light Guide with Iris
The Visionary Digital™ focusable light guides are particularly well suited for aiming raking light over a tiny subject in order to highlight the topography with high contrast shadows. By using a combination of standard and focusable light guides, total light management may be achieved with ease.
Standard Light Guides
The Visionary Digital™ Standard Iris Light guide is used for most macro applications. This light guide has no optics and produces a wide cone of intense illumination. The front is threaded to accept any standard “C” mount filter holder. Typical applications include biological and zoological specimens, compression fossils, archeological artifacts and a wide variety of subjects in the study of material science especially in forensics and failure analysis. These light guides are independently adjustable from zero out-put to full intensity with absolutely no color shift.
Fiber-Optic Holder
The Visionary Digital™ fiber optic holders secure the large bore conduits with an unobstructed opening allowing fibers to deliver a broad cone of light at a 74° angle.This gives a softer fill light and is generally used for larger subject matter when more coverage is needed.
